5 SIMPLE STEPS
STEP 1:
LAY OUT ALL THE ELEMENTS
OF THE BOOKLET ON YOUR DESK
You have the following before you: - one long cover; - two smaller, double-sided measures; - an envelope in which you can send your finished work; - instructions.

STEP 2:
COLOUR IN ALL PARTS OF THE COLORING BOOK
Encourage your child to color the coloring book - preferably on both sides at once. You can also colour the protruding logs - if they stick out after the product is assembled, they will be an interesting element.
Already at this stage you can talk with your child about the different elements of the PIENNA® coloring book and how the order in which the elements are arranged affects the story. Depending on the story you choose, involve your child in the scene - telling about proper behavior in the woods, in the city, at the beach, for example.... about safety issues, interaction, or learning about nature.
STEP 3:
DETERMINE THE ORDER OF THE PAGES AND PUT THEM IN THE COVER
One of the most important stages. It is here that the child determines what their PIENNA® booklet will be about.
It's a good idea to encourage your child to point out different options for the story. If the child changes his/her mind and wants to tell a different story - help the child to take the pages out of the cover (gently deform the fang and carefully slide it out of the cover - jerking may lead to tearing the element off).
STEP 4:
CREATE A STORY AND YOU'RE DONE!
Insert the protruding tabs from the smaller pieces into the marked holes in the cover - in the order indicated on the cover. Let your child tell the story. Get involved - ask questions, inquire.
All of our PIENNA® sets are compatible and you can interchangeably and freely use the covers and center cards. This allows your child to create just their own unique and creative story. Let's not limit a child's creativity!
